I'm on the 10th day of quarantine after immigration and counting down each day to end the 14-day series. Unlike concentrated isolation in Vietnam, Canada requires outside immigrants to voluntarily isolate themselves at home and comply with local government regulations.
The isolated place must have its toilet, no contact with people living in the same house. In particular, do not stay with the elderly or have background diseases. Luckily in isolation at an acquaintance's house, all meals and drinks have been carefully arranged. Out of eating, sleeping, then sleeping and eating again, I sat down to write a review and share experiences with you. At this time, in my country, the first Covid cases began to appear in the community. Vietnam fighting!
n the basement, day as night, Jetlag, but I tried to correct my circadian rhythm by sleeping later on the first days. If you stay on the main floor or a room with large windows, the sun will help you adjust to the time zone faster. I don't know about you, but I checked my temperature two times a day. If my throat was a slight ripple, and I could not find a standstill. I even didn't dare to eat ice cream or drink milk tea. " If I am sick, who will worry and take care?!". I asked myself. Protecting myself is also protecting others. Unfortunately, if "Ms Vy" caught on to me, fearing for myself once, I would have regretted and felt sorry for those I had been in contact with ten times. So, please follow the rules and instructions.
This time you will feel extremely homesick. I don't remember how many times I tried to control and comfort myself. Although this is not the first time to go away alone, worrying about being independent, homesick, fearing, I cried like a child. It turns out, age or young age does not matter. With family, I am forever a baby bird that has never taken off. To ease boredom, during this time, I took advantage of information about the course, prepared books and participated in 𝐒𝐈𝐕'𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, read subject reviews and professors from Facebook group 𝐕𝐀𝐒 - 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐚. Then, preparing the necessary documents to apply for the SIN number, bus ticket, bank account. After the quarantine period expires, I am ready for learning and getting started a new life in Canada for at least the next five years.
Up to now, I have only received an email notification from the Government reminding me to continue implementing quarantine until the end of 14 days. Failure to comply will result in a warning fine, imprisonment or even deportation if your conduct endangers that community. The quarantine period is calculated from the first day of entry + 14 days. For example: if I landed on July 16 + 14 days, it ended July 30. On July 31, you would complete the quarantine period and be allowed to go outside. But limit and remember to wear your mask. You can access the link below to view information about the case (if any) on your flight here
Update: In addition to the information above, some new entry requirements and isolation (apply at 0 o'clock on February 22, 2021).

P/S: The cost is quite expensive; however, if you enrol in Seneca, the college will support 50% of the expense for isolation.
